Text Messaging

CoPa SMS relay

CoPa can relay co-parenting coordination messages by text to a co-parent who doesn't use the app, through a dedicated phone number assigned to your family. Messages you send to that number reach the other parent in CoPa, and theirs are texted to you. Here's how to control it:

START

Opt in, or restart messages after a previous opt-out. You'll get a link to review and agree to the relay terms before anything is relayed.

STOP

Opt out at any time and stop receiving relayed messages. UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, and END work too.

HELP

Get help and support information by text. INFO works too.

  • No messages are relayed until you agree to the terms on the consent link we send you.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
  • We never sell or share your mobile information for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
